FuocoGoldFarm

FuocoGoldFarm

Seven million gold for one mount. Here is where the gold is.

Latest version 12.1-261014b

FuocoGoldFarm shows you, every day and on every character, where the gold of Midnight is: world quests refresh at different times, so there is always something new, and the weekly chests sit next to them. How much each thing pays, and the shortest way to pick it all up.

The mount that costs seven million

Patch 12.1.5 brings the Sporebearer Fungal Strider: a huge mount with a mailbox and a repair vendor on its back, sold by Showena in Harandar for 5,000,000 gold. The passengers come on top: on the same stall, unlocking the transmogrifier costs 500,000 gold and unlocking the auction house 1,500,000. Seven million for the full version, and the mount is only on sale until the end of Midnight. Nobody has that lying around: this is what FuocoGoldFarm is for.

Where the gold is

In Midnight the money is not in one place: it is spread across many weekly rewards, and it is easy to forget one. Over all your characters, an afternoon can be worth 10,000 to 20,000 gold per character: we measured it while building the addon.

What it does

One window, the whole week

Gold world quests sorted by zone, expiry or gold, each with the reason to do it: gold straight away, a chest worth about so much, or a step towards a Special Assignment.

Special Assignments explained

How many world quests you still need in that zone to unlock it, with the gold ones first.

Weeklies with their timers

What is done, what is taken, when it resets. Two events restart every half hour and the Abundance moves every 8 hours: the window counts down to each of them.

The surge read from the server

It knows which surge on The Coiled Isle comes next, and where, before it starts.

A line to the nearest thing

On the world map and on the minimap: the closest world quest, weekly or event, recalculated as you move. Click a quest and the line follows that one. If it leads to another zone, the map shows at its edge where it goes.

Every character at a glance

What each character of your account still has to do this week, without logging in on each of them.

The gold of today

How much quests and chests have paid today, and how much you can still get. Over 800 gold, a golden alert in the achievement frame.

The gold log

A separate window with the gold of each character: today, in the last 7 and 30 days and since you started, with the daily average. From quests and chests, and from every source: hover a figure to see where the gold came from. Next to it, what you spent and the net, which can go below zero. It also shows the gold each character has, with the Warband bank and the total; gold moved between your own pockets is left out. Filters, sorting, and `/fgf gold` or a right-click on the icon to open it straight away.

Chest gold in the tooltip

Hover a chest or a bag and the tooltip says how much gold is usually inside, measured by opening them, and the range when it changes from one time to the next.

The Aqir invasion

A weekly row for the invasion's final boss and its bag of about 1,100 gold, with this week's zone and the time of the next invasion.

Fewer clicks

Quests with the box to click in the quest tracker are turned in by themselves, and the chat tells you which one.
